This series of machines is a five-axis vertical machining center that simultaneously performs five-axis movement in X, Y, Z, B, and C. It is particularly suitable for machining complex five-axis workpieces. They find widespread application in the following sectors: tool and mold making, aerospace, energy production, and general contract machining.

  • Equipped with a direct-drive rotary tilting table and an integrated motor spindle, this 5-axis machine is ideally suited for precision machining. High thermal stability.
  • The machine ensures high accuracy in 5-axis machining.
  • All directly driven rotary axes in this series are torque axes. They improve workpiece precision.
  • The machine is designed as a portal bridge structure with a BC axis and is characterized by high rigidity and stability. The small distance between the spindle nose and the Z-axis reduces the tilting moment of the spindle housing, thus improving the precision and stability of the machine tool.
  • The most important parts such as bed, crossbeam, sliding bearings and spindle housing are made of high-strength and high-quality cast iron using the resin sand casting process and are therefore stable.
  • The machine follows the internationally advanced concept of machine tool construction and is characterized by an economical and reliable design.
