KEYENCE 3D Profilometer Model Series VR-6000

The VR-6000 series 3D profilometer is a fast, high-precision 3D profile measurement system that optically captures surfaces within one second with a resolution of 0.1 µm.
Even matte and glossy surfaces can be captured thanks to the HDR capture algorithm.
Subsequently, contour, flatness, roughness measurement, form and position tolerances, and much more can be carried out.
Furthermore, the 3D profilometer has functions such as automatic width and height detection of a measured object.
A single click is all it takes to capture a measuring area of 300 mm x 150 mm x 70 mm in 3D.
