Nikon Optical Measuring Microscope – iNexiv VMA

The iNEXIV VMA series offers three types of measuring ranges and a wide-field-of-view optic. These tactile systems are ideal for a wide variety of industrial measurement, inspection, and quality control applications that utilize both visual and tactile measurements. The VMA series is optimized for speed and ease of use, as well as for repeatable, accurate measurement of a wide range of different components.

The iNEXIV VMA-2520, with its TP20 tactile probe module, has a measuring range of 200 x 200 x 166 mm and a resolution of up to 0.1 µm.
