The Meister G3 is a versatile multi-tool that perfectly handles simple and complex machining tasks.
All tasks involving steel, carbide, ceramics, and other materials can be performed manually or via CNC. Suitable for surface and profile grinding, equipped with dressing and path grinding technology.

Ultra-precise surface and profile grinding machine with rapid stroke unit. High standard equipment including CNC control, high-precision dressing and path grinding technology in YZ, spindle and hydraulic cooling, ceramic spindle bearings and full enclosure.
The Meister G3 control system is characterized by optimal usability. Well-designed macros enable rapid programming, even for inexperienced CNC users.
An integrated measuring probe on the grinding head measures the workpiece. Remaining stock allowances are calculated automatically, and the machine grinds unmanned until the finished dimension is reached – quickly and safely. A new feature is that the starting position of the grinding wheel on the workpiece can also be set via the measuring probe.
Productivity increase by a factor of 4
In a direct comparison, users determined the machining time of a pair of dies in carbide. The advantageous programming of the AMADA grinding software and the rapid stroke device resulted in a time saving of 75% compared to a CNC profile grinding machine.
