The SCHLEIF-TEC team specializes in precision manufacturing. Our skilled workers process a wide variety of parts using precision grinding and machining.

The boss, Kunibert Müller, is personally responsible for the organization, advice and support of our customers in order to offer the best possible customer satisfaction.

Together with his entire team, he places great emphasis on clear organization and customer satisfaction.

Our production facility employs 22 motivated staff members who bring the know-how in our high-tech business field and process your workpieces with care.

Precision grinding, machining, and more are of interest to us. Our customers and partners are renowned companies in the border region of Austria (Vorarlberg), Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Germany.

Precision grinding: 
Precision grinding is our specialty. Using state-of-the-art technology, we grind almost all metal parts, technical ceramics, rubber or plastics in a wide variety of shapes.

Machining:
Our high-quality machinery allows us to operate flexibly and guarantee cost-effective production. Express production is possible within 48 hours.

Quality management: 
Through our quality management, we achieve sustainable customer satisfaction, which has been demonstrated by steadily increasing repeat orders.

CAD design:
Our CAD design services aim to create optimized workpieces and prototypes in collaboration with customers.

Precision manufacturing: Steel plates ground on all sides
Our modern machinery allows us to produce milled steel plates cost-effectively. These are then further processed to create ground steel plates.

Our own products: Centric clamps and much more.
Out of interest in the continuous improvement of production processes, we have developed our own centric clamps, multiple clamps and other accessories for clamping devices.

Machinery trade:
In addition to precision grinding and machining, we specialize in the overhaul and maintenance of grinding and machining centers. Upon request, we can check if we have a suitable machine in stock.

3D printing:
Both prototypes and series parts are manufactured from materials such as ABS, PETG, TPU, or PLA. ABS, PETG, and TPU (custom seals or dampers) are suitable for functional parts, while PLA is biodegradable.
